These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of WinSpirit Casino, operated by Hollycorn N.V. ("WinSpirit", "we", "us"), licensed by Antillephone N.V., authorised by the Government of Curaçao under licence 8048/JAZ2020-013. By registering for an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager on the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by any documents incorporated by reference. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Residents of the United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, Cyprus, Israel, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, and any other jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law may not register or place wagers, regardless of their age.
You may hold one Account only. Account information must be true, complete, and current; you are responsible for keeping your details up to date. You must not share your Account, password, or payment instruments with any third party. We reserve the right to refuse a registration or close an Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe these requirements have been breached.
Registering more than one Account ("multi-accounting"), whether to circumvent self-exclusion, abuse promotions, or otherwise, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any winnings derived from the additional accounts.

WinSpirit applies anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing controls aligned with the PCMLTFA and guidance issued by FINTRAC. All players are screened against international sanctions lists and politically exposed person (PEP) databases at registration and on an ongoing basis.
You agree that we may, at any time, request information about the source of your funds or wealth, freeze suspicious transactions pending review, and report unusual activity to the relevant authorities as required by law. We reserve the right to decline transactions that, in our reasonable judgement, are inconsistent with your declared profile or activity history.
All deposits must be made from a payment instrument in your own name. The base account currency is Canadian Dollars (CAD); deposits in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing market rate plus our standard FX spread. Deposits are credited to your Real-Money Funds balance; promotional credits are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance.

Chargebacks and disputed transactions in bad faith will lead to immediate Account suspension and recovery action. We do not accept deposits via cheque, cash mailings, or third-party wire transfers.
Withdrawals are paid back to the same instrument used for deposit, where regulation and method allow ("closed-loop" rule). Where this is not possible (for example, deposit by Visa, withdrawal not supported on the card), we will agree an alternative method during KYC.

Standard processing time is up to 24 hours of internal review followed by the rail-specific transit time. VIP and verified players benefit from faster processing.
An Account is considered dormant when there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager for 12 consecutive months. After this period, we will email a reminder to your registered address. If the Account remains dormant for a further 30 days, a monthly maintenance fee of CAD 5 (capped at the available balance) may be applied. You can avoid the fee by logging in and engaging with the Service or by closing the Account and withdrawing the balance.

The following behaviours are prohibited and may result in suspension, closure, and/or forfeiture of winnings:
We may suspend or close an Account where we reasonably believe a breach of these Terms, our Betting Rules, or applicable law has occurred. Where we suspend an Account, we will notify you within a reasonable time and explain the reason where lawful to do so. If your Account is closed for a breach of these Terms, we may withhold winnings derived from the breach pending investigation. Real-money funds not implicated in the breach will be returned to source after KYC.
You can close your Account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Self-exclusion options (see Section 11 of Responsible Gaming) take precedence over standard closure when chosen.
WinSpirit is not liable for errors caused by third-party systems (including connectivity, payment, and game-supplier failures) provided that we have applied reasonable diligence in selecting and overseeing those providers. Where a malfunction in a game or sportsbook market produces an obviously incorrect outcome (for example, a paytable defect or a palpable pricing error), we reserve the right to void the affected wagers and refund stakes (see Betting Rules, Sections 6 and 15).
Neither party is liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, internet outages, or governmental orders. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to CAD 500 or the total net deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WinSpirit, Hollycorn N.V., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service in violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
All intellectual-property rights in the Service — including the WinSpirit name and logo, trademarks, software, content, layouts, and games — are owned by Hollycorn N.V. or our licensors. Use of the Service does not transfer any of these rights to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.
Notices from WinSpirit will be sent to the email or phone number associated with your Account, or posted on the Service. By providing your contact details and consenting to marketing, you agree to receive promotional messages in line with CASL. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, your account preferences, or by contacting [email protected]. Service-related notices (transaction confirmations, security alerts) will continue regardless.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or to a successor in connection with a corporate restructuring, sale, or merger, provided that the transferee assumes the same obligations.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Subject to the consumer-protection floor and the dispute-resolution process below, the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. These Terms (together with the Betting Rules, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Responsible Gaming page, and any specific promotion terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and WinSpirit and supersede any prior understandings. A failure or delay by either party to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.

Material changes will be notified to you by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect, except where the change is required immediately by law or to protect security. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, you must stop using the Service and may withdraw your funds subject to KYC.
